Your SIA Board would like to extend our support to each of you during the IAH downsizing. We know this will be a difficult time for many of you and we understand the challenges faced by Flight Attendants when domiciles are reduced. We do want you to know that your SIA Board is in communication with the Company to ensure this transition occurs as smoothly as possible and in accordance with the policies in our contract.

We encourage each of you to read through the communication provided by the Company so you are familiar with the options extended to you through our contract so you can make the best decisions for your individual circumstances.
