Why has the proffering policy -that expired a while ago-still in the FAPM? Everything is digital now, and there is no reason it shouldn’t have been switched back to the other policy by now. Please get this outdated policy out of the FAPM and get the standing policy back in the manual.

    Hello Kimberly,

Updating the Flight Attendant Policy Manual is a very labor-intensive process that includes many departments. We would love if it was an instantaneous process, but that, unfortunately, isn’t the case. Please keep an eye out for Revision 24 which will take effect January 1st and will include all of the recent policy enhancements as well as remove all of the proffering language. A communication piece is currently being worked on and should be out in the next few days.

    Thank you for your engagement,

    Erika
