Thank you for our pay increase! Please clarify: do we no longer have the step increase in Jan, just the yearly increase on our anniversary?

    Hello Kelly,

Thank you for the clarifying question. You will still get your January 1st increase as well as your yearly anniversary increase unless you’re in the first few years of service or have reached 25+ years of service and are at the top of our pay scale. The first two years of service won’t see an increase until they reach year 3 due to how our competitor’s pay scales are and how we’ve matched theirs for the duration of our contract.

For example, if you were hired in July and on your 5th year of service, going to your 6th year of service this year, you’ll go from $32.01 to your new rate of $32.63 this next paycheck. You’ll then go from $32.63 on your anniversary in July to $34.26 and then January 1st, 2024 you’ll go to $34.77.

Please let us know if you need additional clarification or would like us to use your specific hire date as another example.

Thank you again for reaching out and your kind words!

    Most kindly,

    Kristina
