Something needs to be done about the ride to this hotel – it’s a full sized 40 passenger coach style bus. There’s absolutely no way skywest is paying less for this service than a regular taxi would cost – the gas alone it must use is absurd.
Also it takes far longer because it’s less maneuverable and is required to drive a little slower. We had a 5pm show, the van time we had to leave was 330pm. Yes traffic would cause an earlier show but it wouldn’t be an hour and a half if it were a regular taxi.
If it would cost the company less (which it would definitely do) why not change?

Keith – the shuttle rate is actually the same through this company whether they use a van, bus, or sprinter type vehicle. Travelliance has verified that the vendor rate is competitive with other shuttle services as they also handle other airline contracts in this area.
Keith – thank you for bringing this to our attention and the opportunity to explain the shuttle situation – take care:)
