We are happy to announce that after receiving input and feedback from Flight Attendants and also working with your SIA Board, InFlight Leadership has decided not to implement the insurance plan on the iPhone 7 Plus eFAD and the new cashless sales device, at this time. They will be making adjustments to the current replacement policy. As with the previous Lumia eFAD, the Company will continue to absorb the majority of the cost. Damaged or lost eFADs and cashless sales devices will be evaluated on an individual basis. We appreciate the feedback and concerns brought to SIA from numerous Flight Attendants.
